Terms of Service

We provide IT services including website and app development, e-commerce, custom software, SEO, digital marketing, branding, AI automation and maintenance. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are set out in a written proposal or quote.

Prices shown on our website are starting prices for guidance. Your final price is the one in your written quote. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise; taxes are extra as applicable.

Projects require a 50% advance before work starts, with the remaining 50% due on completion or delivery, unless the quote sets out milestone payments. Monthly services are billed in advance. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, ad spend and messaging charges are billed separately at actual cost.

You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals on time, ensure that materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed, and name one point of contact for the project. Delays in content or feedback may move delivery dates.

Each package includes the revision rounds stated in the quote. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

On full payment, you own the custom code, designs and content we create for your project. Third-party software, themes, plugins and stock assets remain under their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Free support periods, where included, cover fixing defects in the work we delivered. Ongoing updates, backups and new changes are covered by maintenance plans.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, or for outages of third-party platforms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
